What is collected and why

The form collects your name, organisation, email and any optional contact details, application type, project phase, cooling load, timing and technical notes you provide. It also records the submission time, reference and your agreement to this notice. Aureacor uses this information to assess the enquiry, arrange a conversation and keep project follow-up together. Submitting does not subscribe you to marketing.

Who can access your brief

Enquiries are available to authorised users of Aureacor’s private CRM and FuseLabs, which supports the website and CRM. They are not included in the public interactive CRM demo. The website and CRM are hosted on Vercel; the CRM database is stored in Supabase’s Sydney region. A one-way code derived from the request’s network address is used to limit repeated submissions. The application does not store the original network address in the CRM.

Files and confirmation

File uploads are not available on this form. Describe relevant drawings or duty sheets in your notes and the team can arrange document sharing. The form only displays a receipt reference after the CRM confirms that the brief is saved. A copy of your brief is emailed to nominated Aureacor team members using Resend, with your email address as the reply address. No automated confirmation email is sent to you.

Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions to help prevent spam. A security token is verified before a new enquiry is saved; it is not included in the stored brief or notification email. Hashed network-address counters limit repeated attempts. Notification delivery status is retained with the enquiry receipt. Email providers process and store the notification under their own service terms.

Access, correction and removal

Enquiries are retained in the private workspace for project follow-up. Removing an enquiry from normal CRM views does not automatically erase the stored record or its submission receipt. For access, correction or an erasure request concerning information submitted through this website, contact stuart@fuselabs.ai and include your enquiry reference. These requests require a separate review and response.

Browsing this website

This website does not enable site analytics or advertising trackers. The hosting provider processes requests needed to serve the website. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the network requests needed to provide them. External links lead to websites with their own privacy practices. The form keeps a random submission reference in your browser tab’s session storage to prevent duplicate enquiries when you retry; it does not save your contact details there.
